Lot Attendant

Our lot attendants are the utility players of the dealership, meaning they do a little bit of everything. We are looking for hard working, go getters to join our lot attendant team!

Job Description:
  • Maintain general maintenance and upkeep of the dealership and other properties
  • Assist with lot and showroom organization & vehicle inventory management
  • Perform necessary seasonal tasks; snow plowing, pulling weeds, blowing leaves
  • Wash dealership and customer vehicles when necessary
  • Able to help with varying tasks and duties both inside and outside the dealership

Job Requirements:
  • Proactive and self motivated, someone able to work without a lot of direction
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

  • Execute dealership's internet and phone appointment standards and processes
  • Set appointments with customers from incoming internet, phone and chat requests using defined word tracks and templates while maintaining performance standards
  • Be prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident on every customer interaction
  • Perform daily follow-up with sales and service prospects to increase appointments and show rates
  • Record all activity in the CRM

Used Car Service Writer

Helena Motors is looking to add a Used Car Service Writer. This person will work as a service writer for our internal used car technicians as well as some customer interaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Confirm automotive problems and services by listening to technician's description of symptoms
  • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
  • Will be coordinating and developing repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
  • Maintain automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned

Job Requirements:
  • Some mechanical experience/aptitude
  • Be able to work independently with the ability to multitask

Service Technician

Job Description:
  • Our Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with Dealership and Manufacturers Specifications
  • Our Technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems
  • Our Technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs possibly needed
  • Our Technicians explain their mechanical diagnoses' and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisers and customers
  • Inspect and test new/used vehicles and record their findings so that necessary repairs can be made
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
  • Dealership experience is a huge plus
  • Domestic and Import Experience Preferred
  • A.S.E. Certification is preferred
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of Client Support
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
